Wholesale Policies 

Looking for retailers that fit Hdwest’s brand values!

A few requirements to keep in mind:

• Sales & Use Tax ID will be required.

• Retailers must have a storefront or popup location(s) that fit(s) the look and standards of Hdwest -not all accounts will be approved.

• Order minimum is $200. Items will be sold in packs. If minimum is not met, order will be canceled.

• The wholesale shop will not always be open for orders, approved retailers will be notified of shop openings.

• MSRP will be listed in item description.

• Shipping: buyers will be required to pay shipping upon mail out (additional invoice will be sent). Complete order will ship at once unless other arrangements are requested. Expected item ship out dates are listed in each item description.

• Wholesale returns will only be accepted in the account of incorrect or damaged goods upon arrival. Please notify hdwest of any issues within 5 days of arrival.

• Hdwest designs are protected by copyright. No Hdwest items shall be duplicated or altered.

  *Please keep in mind that hdwest leather items are not available for wholesale however, there are many other items featuring hdwest’s original hand drawn/hand painted designs.
