Free US shipping is included in each order. All packages are sent through USPS, smaller items are shipped via First Class (1-3 business days), larger items are sent via Priority. 

A tracking number will be provided via email when items have shipped.

Custom order items are non-refundable however, we can work together to ensure it's an item you love. Ready to ship items in new, unused condition can be returned within 15 days of the confirmed delivery date, buyer pays return shipping.
